Version 0.2.1

I've released a small update. See changelog below:

- Fixed bug with platforms, that make them crash the game on bigger networks
- Fixed window title (no longer displays version)
- Fixed "Try Again" button launching pre-alpha level

- Added verification button to editor
- Maps now need to be verified before publishing (it's done automatically)
- Updated train settings menu UI in editor
- Added train speed and acceleration to train settings
